Refund policy

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Please contact PaddleAir before returning. You may return unused items in the original packaging within 30 days of your purchase. After 30 days, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.

The customer is responsible for paying for return shipping. Upon receipt of the returned item, we will fully examine it within a reasonable period of time and notify you via email, whether you are entitled to a return. If you are entitled to a return, we will refund your purchase price and a credit will be applied automatically to your original method of payment. Only regular priced items may be refunded.
